Chimpjunkie Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

Welcome to the Chimpjunkie website!

Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 48 hours. If you place your order before 10:00 CET, Monday through Friday, we will ship it the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.


SHIPPING TIMES

SCANDINAVIA SHIPPING

  • Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days within Scandinavia.

  • Note: Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

EUROPE SHIPPING

  • Estimated delivery: 4-6 working days within Europe.

  • Note: Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

  • Estimated delivery: 5-11 working days outside of Europe.

  • Note: Delivery times may be extended during the holiday season.

Tip: Order before 10:00 CET to ensure same-day shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After placing an order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Most orders are shipped within 36 hours on business days.

If your package is not trackable via PostNord, try using your local carrier's tracking system with the number provided.


SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We aim to deliver your order efficiently and sustainably. However, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments due to stock availability or sourcing from different locations. If this occurs:

  • You may receive an email notifying you that "Some items in your order are on the way."

  • Rest assured, the remaining items will follow shortly.

This is a normal process, and no action is needed. If significant delays occur, please contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.


MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your order, it will be noted in your shipping confirmation. Refunds for non-shipped items will be processed automatically.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your package is not delivered, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. For assistance, contact us at sales@chimpjunkie.com.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Customized or customer-designed products.

  • Items purchased as part of a promotion (e.g., clearance, special offers).

  • Hygienic products, including but not limited to mouth guards, protective cups, and compression shorts, even if unused.

Please note: We do not offer free returns.
