SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Chimpjunkie.
DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 CET, Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, and holidays.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
SWEDEN/SCANDINAVIA
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
EUROPE
Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, local carriers, and seasonal demand. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If tracking is unavailable through the original carrier, please try tracking your shipment with your local postal service using the same tracking number.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages due to stock availability, warehouse location, or delivery optimization. If your order is shipped separately, you will receive updated tracking information for each shipment.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, please first review your shipping confirmation to see if the item is being delivered separately. If an item is still missing after all shipments have arrived, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims related to lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on eligible products within the return period stated in our Refund Policy. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized products, teamwear or custom merchandise produced for clubs, teams, or organizations, clearance or final sale items, or hygiene-sensitive products including mouthguards, groin protectors, compression shorts, and similar items.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
